Refund Policy

At Wag ‘n’ Bag, we’re committed to providing reliable and high-quality dog waste removal services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

1. One-Time Cleanups

Payment for one-time cleanups is due at the time of booking.

Refunds are not provided once the service has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with the result, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and resolve the issue.

2. Recurring Service Plans (Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly)

Payments for recurring services are billed in advance.
If you cancel your plan, any unused service will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Completed visits are non-refundable.
If access to your yard is not available on the scheduled day (e.g. locked gate, aggressive dog, etc.), the visit is considered completed unless prior arrangements were made.

3. Prepaid Plans (e.g. 3-Month Prepay)

Prepaid plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate.
Refunds are available for unused visits only, and calculated at the regular per-visit rate (not the discounted rate).
Completed visits and the value of the free first cleanup (if provided) are deducted from any refund amount.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

4. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re unhappy with the quality of our service, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of your visit. We will return to address the issue or offer a service credit at our discretion. We do not offer cash refunds for quality complaints unless the service was not delivered as agreed.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Stripe processing fees may be non-refundable, depending on Stripe’s terms at the time of refund.
