These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Wag ‘n’ Bag (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Wag ‘n’ Bag provides residential dog waste removal services on a recurring or one-time basis. Our service options include weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and one-time cleanups, with optional add-ons such as deodorising spray.
2. Service Area and Scheduling
We operate within designated service zones on specific days of the week.
We may adjust schedules due to public holidays, weather events, or operational needs. We will notify you of any changes.
You are responsible for ensuring access to your yard on your scheduled service day.
Gates must be unlocked, and dogs secured for safety unless we have prior written agreement.
3. Payment Terms
We offer subscription plans billed in advance via Stripe (weekly, monthly, or prepay options).
One-time services and add-ons are paid at the time of booking.
Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of service until resolved.
4. Free First Cleanup Offer
Our free first cleanup is available to new customers starting a recurring service plan.
It does not apply to one-time or prepaid bookings without an ongoing plan.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the free offer in cases of excessive waste, misuse, or misrepresentation.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us via email or phone.
Refunds for prepaid plans will be assessed based on the number of completed visits, minus any applicable discounts.
We do not offer refunds for completed visits or missed visits due to lack of access unless prior arrangements were made.
6. Property and Safety
We take care when entering your property but are not liable for pets escaping due to unlocked gates or unsecured areas.
We reserve the right to skip or refuse service if we believe the environment is unsafe (e.g. aggressive dogs, hazardous conditions).
7. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate contact, address, and access information.
Ensure safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring service.
Notify us of any locked gates, security systems, or changes in pet behaviour.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wag ‘n’ Bag is not liable for damage to lawns, landscaping, or property caused by regular waste removal unless due to gross negligence.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
